The weekend is here and the first thing I did was go to the gym. I was back on the Stairmaster after a long time. For me, it simply remains the best piece of equipment if you want to train endurance. I've burned enough calories to feel good about the schnitzel and fries I'm going to treat myself to on Saturday night. I wish you a great Saturday!

A look at the weather forecast just filled me with joy. Very pleasant temperatures in the next 2 weeks. This helps me to build up a decent supply of pictures for the winter time, when taking pictures outside becomes a problem. You will hardly be interested in pictures in the coat!

My Sunday was a very pleasant day. There was a lot of sports on TV. I was particularly impressed by the Buffalo Bills' win. In the afternoon we took some photo series and it is slowly becoming more uncomfortable to be photographed outdoors as usual! It's getting colder. Monday was a very pleasant holiday, the weather seems to be getting better and a little bit warmer. In the evening it was really nice and sunny, so I was able to go for a walk and I was surprised to find that part of my route was flooded by the Inn river. Wednesday was a rather unspectacular day for me. Shoulder training was on the agenda in the gym. Pushing weights overhead is always very exhausting. At home, the apples that had fallen from the trees had to be picked up in the garden. I wish you a wonderful Thursday!
