Everyone has something and people have terrible days for no reason. PTSD is a big deal and no it’s not just people in the military who have it bc I have it. You get flash back and sometimes they happen bc the sky looks similar or your smell a Familiar smell it fucking sucks and you can still be hot and have these things you can still be “normal” and have mental illness and I support you all.
