🙌🏼 Period day 2 - 62.7kg. Last period was only 22 days ago! 😓 I'm just so tired. Getting so iron deficient, need to get it checked again. If I'm not at work, I'm usually in bed resting. Not much of a life anymore. One day off, so I made time to do my hair and go to gym even though it took all day to get there. I still have lower back aches everyday and I'm waiting to get into Physio.
