18 Oct 2023 - I have been deciding whether or not to post this. I always seem to have at least one or more health issues going on 😅 it was either anxiety / IBS but since I've been taking cbd oil / Kronik Oil that has improved 😊 I was diagnosed as iron deficient last year, August 2022, one month before I had my 2nd terrible nerve pain incident which took weeks in bed to recover from. By this time I had forgotten about finding a new iron supplement to take, I stopped it due to side effects. I was on strong pain relief during September / October 2022 - Panadeine Forte and Panadol Osteo. I have obviously been iron deficient this whole time and wondering why I have been struggling to get through the day, so exhausted. As well as I think I may have undiagnosed ADHD. My psychologist who I have started seeing for a couple of months, went through the different types of ADHD with me and thinks I would almost have enough of the symptoms to be diagnosed but I need to see a psychiatrist for that, which will be lots of $ and time to wait. I will probably end up doing it but once I start feeling less exhausted and my Maltofer iron supplement tablets have taken more effect. I've taken it for 12 days so far and I feel a little better, less foggy and dizzy, I haven't been in bed resting today 😄
