Every morning is a little battle. With myself, with fatigue, with thoughts that try to drag me back to bed where it's warm, safe and I don't have to pull on the 'all is well' mask again. But I get up. I put on my favorite clothes, paint my lips, take a sip of strong coffee, and walk out into the world. Because despite everything, I keep going. I keep looking for the light in the days, even when it seems like there is none. I keep believing that each new step is a chance to get closer to something important.
