A 6-day week has it all. I was so tired when I got home at noon that I could have slept straight away. A surprise visit then helped me through the afternoon, so that in the evening I was relatively fit and could watch FC Bayern's game, which wasn't very successful but very entertaining. After the game I ended the evening with friends on the terrace of a good Italian restaurant. It was a really great evening!

A new super sexy extended set for you! It seems like I've really gotten back into my training rhythm. I was in the studio for the third time this week. Squats were part of the program today and it was very strenuous. After all, I did 3 repetitions with 60 kg, which is pretty good for a start. After training and a wonderful shower, I was able to enjoy the wonderful autumn air on my terrace at dinner. Today was a beautiful day.

Today I was so tired after work that I could have fallen asleep immediately. But I didn't give my weaker self a chance and I went to the gym. Cardio training at 26 degrees and humid air was extremely sweaty, but it was very beneficial. After a nice, cool shower, I was much fitter than I was right after work. Sport is simply good for you!

We have been able to bear it very well for several days now, the temperatures are very pleasant. However, you can now also see that summer is coming to an end. It starts again. After my training was neither regular nor intensive in the last few weeks, training as it should be is now back in fashion. On Monday afternoon I started with deadlifting. Despite little training, I managed 117.5 kg with the Romanian variation and 82.5 kg conventionally, which was a new PR. It was, however, the slowest rep ever. But done is done, I was very happy about it.

A pleasant weekend is coming to an end. The rain made sure that I could enjoy two very relaxing days. My two highlights of the weekend both come from the field of soccer. On the one hand, BVB's wonderful defeat against Bremen and FC Bayern's fantastic 7:0 victory over Bochum. This is how I imagine a sports weekend. Hard days are ahead of me now. Only one day off in the next 13 days. That too shall pass. I wish you a pleasant start into the week!
