I’ve been trying to add more color to my regular days lately - not just in my outfits, but in my routines too 💕
A bit of stretching in the morning, 10 minutes of yoga (even if I just scroll between poses haha), or dancing around my room like nobody’s watching 😄

It’s still not perfect, but I already feel lighter - like I’m slowly coming back to myself.
