2019-01-19 06:37:00 +0000 UTC View PostMy workout partner is back. So we hit the gym tonight. It felt good to get back in & really push myself. We did one of our ‘go to’ workouts. It’s called Bear. It’s a barbell complex which means 1 rep = a squat clean, a push press, a back squat, and another push press. We do 25 of those. And after each set of 5, we do 5 pull ups. It’s a good one and it only takes about 20 minutes.
