



I think the “baseline” is what determines the bounce back speed. When I have a strong baseline routine and mindset then my bounce back time for failure, hurt, and life’s crazy obstacles in general is much faster, but I don’t know if it’s possible to not have to bounce back at all. I think maybe part of being human means to get knocked down. And part of being a soul means being able to gain the strength to bounce back. Just thoughts ❤️
