When I asked whether you value honesty in a woman, everyone answered âyes.â 100% chose sincerity, directness, being genuine. But hereâs what Iâve noticed: When I actually allow myself to be real , unfiltered, not trying to be convenient or play the role of the âperfect girlâ , itâs not always welcomed. When I speak my truth without sugarcoating itâŚ
thatâs when some people start to pull away.
So I ask myself:
Are men truly ready for honesty? Or are they just in love with the idea of it ? Sometimes it feels like being pleasant is easier than being authentic. That a comfortable lie is more familiar than raw truth. But then⌠what are we to each other? Just performances? This isnât a complaint. Itâs a reflection. Maybe youâre one of those who can actually stand in the presence of honesty , and not flinch.
