

So! Finally did Water Zumba today and it was fun!!
I've been trying to find a way to workout as my hip dysplasia makes it haarrddd (can't do HIIT or anything high impact which SUCKS cos I love High Intensity Workouts) sooo I'm glad this seems to be a viable way to build up my hip muscles so I can eventually be strong enough to do HIIT again!
Anyways proud of myself for not injuring myself or drowning 🤣 going back Friday!
