Cardio 3 times daily (2,5 hours daily) , training hard at least 2 hours daily plus posing. I'm exhausted but happy with my physique I still have 3 1/2 weeks to improve and I will. I'm set on winning this Olympia! 🏆
Weight was 175,6lbs this morning - coming in with good size! 💪🏼
