it’s not always easy to have good self-esteem, especially when we’re so used to being hard on ourselves about our appearance. I’ve had months where I simply couldn’t bear to see my reflection — but the more I push myself past that initial discomfort and just give my reflection a silly thumbs-up, a lil wink, or just give myself a smile, the easier it gets 🫶
