Today we're checking an app I've NEVER used before, the health app! In case you’re like me and you didn’t know, that app tracks your steps for you! So I wanted to tell you the average number of steps I took per day last year, and think back through each month to explain why my steps were SO low. I'll talk about why my steps were even lower during the months when I walked the least, and figure out what I was doing during the months when I walked a little more. I’ll compare it to how much I'm "supposed" to be walking... and you might be surprised at how much less I’m waking than I'm supposed to be!
