The difference really is SHOCKING seeing them side by side like that... I didn't realize how much weight I've gained 😳 I genuinely thought I was fat in the before pictures, like I distinctly remember being self conscious in that bikini and in that shirt, because of my muffin top; I felt like my stomach was sticking out SO FAR and everyone was staring at it. But now, that's the skinny version of me and honestly I don't even think the after is fat enough yet 🥵
