2. Taking care of your body. When you feel physically well, your confidence goes up. Sports, healthy eating, and getting enough rest are important parts of confidence.
3. Regular self-reflection. Understanding your strengths and accomplishments helps build confidence. Every evening I think about what I did well during the day and this helps me to keep my successes in mind
