I was diagnosed with hypermobile ehlers's danlos syndrome (hEDS) by my rheumatologist last week 😅... I'm working with a personal trainer to relieve some of my joint pain and nerve pain. I'm hoping I feel much better after strengthening some of my stabilizing muscles!
