

Why is breakfast so important? 🥞☕️
I used to skip breakfast a lot — I just didn't feel like eating in the morning. But then I noticed that by lunchtime I had no energy at all, my mood was down, and my concentration was at zero. 😩
Since then, I've changed my habits and now I start every morning with a tasty and healthy breakfast. It can be yogurt with fruit, toast with avocado, or an omelet — the main thing is that it's nutritious and makes you happy! 🍳🥑✨
