Have be up since 4am (after going to bed after midnight) and haven't been able to rest at all. Time just seems to pass by and I'm just numb to everything around. I need someone to wash my hair, comb it, kiss me on the forehead, make me lunch and tell me to drink water. I feel so low on energy and everytime I try to sleep my anxiety creeps in. Today I feel like a cry baby...
