But at the same time we are born into heteronormative roles and we don’t dare to explore what’s outside of those. Men fear to be seen as weak if they’re submissive in bed. Women feel too shy and ashamed of their bodies and desires to explore dominance and taking control. But exploring both roles, no matter what you’re true nature is, opens your mind and helps you understand your psyche. Helps you understand the dynamic of power, of relationships and masculinity and femininity. It’s a beautiful process. I was lucky enough to have grown up without shame and feelings of guilt, a high s ex drive and that naturally led to me exploring my nature, dominance.
