Ended up hurting my hand and arm trying to hang on (fail) and still fell anyway.” 🤦🏽♀️ Landed on my ass and fucked up my back. Initially thought I was ok but the lower back pain kicked in crazy yesterday evening. Anyway, I’m trying to get better fast so I can get content done. Soaked in epsom salt, rested, and gonna make a smoothie and get a heat pad for the pain. If by any chance I’m not feeling better by Saturday, I’ll see if I have any unused footage and post that. If nothing, I’ll post more images. Sorry guys. 😭
