I just had a session with a psychologist. In my opinion, I found my first therapist. It's not a psychologist - it's some kind of super coach.π€ He understands all the pressing topics that interest me. For 1.30 hours we discuss 5 different topics and his 3 sentences are enough to make the thought firmly and powerfully settled in my head. He's a unicum. So interesting and versatile. Last session I was sobbing and he brought me out of it. And today I was like, βI don't even know what to talk about.β I'm like, βI'm doing fine. And how cool it was that he caught my vibe and opened up in a positive way interesting topics for me. It's cool that we don't dig into childhood, tragedies and traumas. One question - a detailed answer. And it turns out everything is very simple, everything is on the surface.
