


I've been a bit quiet here recently - working on the house (grinding walls and such..), writing my master's thesis and lots overthinking. Today I finally got a diagnosis that I had suspected for a long time - I have ADHD. This explains a lot of things in my life - my hyperfocus (Marin's obsession, shark obsession hmm) but also the negative aspects like abandoning projects, low self-confidence and therefore postponing sessions because I don't feel "enough" or my lack of concentration making I have to spend much more time studying than the average person. Because of all this, a lot is going on in my head and I don't feel like posting too much on the internet or posting, but I am motivated to work on myself and learn to live with ADHD <3 I will also try to be more active in the coming days <3 Thank you so much guys <3
