

Today after the gym I feel like a fire!💪 I decided that dinner should be on the top of my game too - I'm cooking baked salmon with vegetables🍣 The whole process is set to music to keep the mood upbeat🎶 I also put a film on in the background - let it create an atmosphere✨
I'll probably continue the evening with tea and a little dessert - healthy eating doesn't mean giving up small pleasures, after all🍫 By the way, do you also get that feeling after a workout where you just want to do the right thing? 😊
