my story.. I want to share my story of insecurity. Right now, I feel amazing, and I allow myself to be different. On some days, not entirely beautiful, not entirely smart, not entirely successful. But still, I feel good and love myself.

Therapy really helped me with that.

I went to Gestalt therapy for two years, and honestly, it was the worst decision of my life because the therapist was just draining money from me, and we would discuss the same small issue for five sessions in a row. Eventually, I started to get disillusioned with therapy and stopped going. But my insecurities and lack of confidence didn’t go away, even though I had spent a lot of money and two years of my life.

Then I accidentally came across a psychologist online who practiced REBT, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. In this approach, every fear, insecurity, and negative thought is rationally analyzed, which reduces anxiety, self-doubt, and fear. It’s the best thing that has ever happened to me!

After that, I finally felt free. I even started an OnlyFans because I’d always wanted to but was too scared to admit it to myself!
