We have to travel to see family a lot during the holidays and this year has been full of stress and constant interruptions. My relationship with my family has been very messy and at times it effects my mental health a lot. Recently it’s the most stressful it’s ever been and it causes me to pull away and become less vulnerable. This is a very vulnerable job so unfortunately it’s been difficult to stay as consistent. Don’t worry though because we still filmed a lot and have a lot of content for you!!! Also don’t worry about me or Kai because we keep our heads up and we’re strong for each other.
