Added 2022-02-18 00:33:02 +0000 UTCNEW CLIP: The WACKSACK MORNING ROUTINE featuring @Zivafey as my partner. This is the starter routine for anyone just getting into a regiment.
20 Push Ups
2 Min Plank
20 Mountain Climbers
Do this routine the FIRST THING OUT OF BED EVERY MORNING, and also an hour or so before bedtime. As you get better, you will add more reps to the sets (30 Push ups / 40 Mountain Climbers...and so on) after about a week. From there, you will do more sets of this basic routine (2 morning / 2 afternoon / 2 evening)
This is just a basic routine to get you in the habit of staying fit. There are other exercises I will add into the routine over time, but if you do this everyday (add a rest day - SUNDAY), by the summertime, you'll be in top shape. START NOW!!!!
