Added 2024-06-05 23:14:23 +0000 UTCI’ve had multiple requests for some gym content, which is hard because it is so crowded usually and OF does not like when people are in the background without a tag. But today it was EMPTY so I filmed a a few sets of my workout
Today was upper body mostly back and arms. I superset or giant set everything. It’s the best way to fatigue a muscle and build. If I can’t superset I will do droplets or pyramid sets to get that burn.
