

My legs are a little shaky from the gym 🥴😏 Something I’m super into is weight lifting 🏋️♂️ I used to have an eating disorder and would work out 2x a day, 6-7 days a week.
I was a fitness consultant for 3 years and a health coach for 3 years. Both of those industries are full of restriction. Now I go 3-4 times a week…to feel good and balanced 😇 I’ve come a long way.
