

I had a subscriber tell me recently that I always seem happy…that I don’t understand depression. A big reason why I focus this page towards mental health is to show you the importance of BEING KIND.
That, and reminding you that you’re not alone. I’ve had a tough day today. That’s okay. I do understand depression - I have clinical depression. & that’s okay too. I can still smile and be the best version of myself, even if that means that there are days that I can barely get out of bed.
