

Lil Friday reminder for you: ***The way you speak to yourself matters.***
If you catch yourself saying mean things to yourself (or others), try to catch yourself doing it. Try to re-write that thought. For example, if you mess up, you might subconsciously say to yourself, “Ugh. I messed up again. I’m so stupid.”
Maybe next time, you realize that you’re having that thought & you say to yourself, “Ugh. I messed up again. But I tried my best and everyone messes up sometimes”
