I get asked sometimes about workout plans or advice and while I can’t give actual advice as I’m not a certified trainer or dietician if you guys do want me to share my experiences I’d be happy to do a brief podcast chat or share my routine. I’m all natural and a big advocate of trying to help especially gay men see that potentially dangerous and experimental performance enhancements are not needed to maintain a healthy looking physique.
