It’s not even about how I look, though I feel physically more beautiful too. Something dark and old and heavy that I’ve carried my whole life is being transmuted into light and leaving my body and heart in waves of love and gratitude. Whether you realize it or not, you are an integral part of this change in me and you are witnessing a butterfly emerging. I love you! ❤️
