Okay, let's go. For two years I suffer from variations in my sleeping pattern. Usually in the last two weeks of the month I wake up after four hours of sleep and can't sleep anymore. However, this month things got worse, that is, since the beginning of March I haven't had a good night's sleep.
It interferes in my productivity, my work here and writing my dissertation. It was something I think that I could handle on my own, but I can't. So I have decided that I will seek medical help, starting with an appointment with my general practitioner and then with my psychiatrist to investigate what is going on.
