I think I am in a middle of a depressive episode (even with medication, this can happen cuz is 2 months that I am tooking my new meds).
I call this moment the cicle of depression: I stay in bed for days and feel guilty for be umproductive. Yesterday I think I was about break this cicle cuz I clean all my house, but today show that I still.
I don't come back ofy short vacations relaxed cuz I was working in my master degree.
Well tomorrow is wednesday, I need to make money and I need to make new content and I truly hope that I can ❤️
