

what intentions are you setting for this upcoming week? I’m setting the intention to be more present with my body. I’ve been dissociating quite a bit recently and it’s only making it harder to stay on track with taking care of myself. Especially after travels- I tend to zone out/scroll mindlessly, skip my vitamins, don’t move my body, & kind of slip into a stagnant state. Rest is good, of course, but too much can cause me to drift back into an unhealthy mental state- so I need movement & nourishing things to keep me going!
