I guess a family member took it and has been using it for the last 2 weeks so I finally snagged it back and OMG!!! I tried going to a massage place at the mall this morning but he refused to finish my massage. I spent 12 minutes there and while it kind of helped I wasn’t able to finish my 20 minutes. It wasn’t relaxing what so ever and my shoulder wasn’t remotely fixed. THANKFULLY I snagged this back today and OH MY GOD!!! I’m in heaven! It has a heated function on it. It switches rotations after a couple minutes one way. It feels soooo nice I’m praying this fixes my pinched nerve issue even if it’s temporary! I get it about 3 times a year and have already been to a masseuse once this year!! Omg. excuse me while I melt as I’m actually in heaven right now
