I could NOT do this contest prep without you guys supporting me - you have no idea how much the nice messages motivate me to keep going. I have a couple of weeks “off”. Feb 18th I’m heading to my first full day bodybuilding seminar to learn some more about the art of bodybuilding, then we jump into the deep end. My last four weeks of prep are going to be difficult. I travel to Vegas, then Australia, then Mexico, and then Canada during that time. I am gonna be struggling - but I’ll do my absolute best for you guys!
