

In truth, I had an EXTREMELY rough morning. I have been suffering from insomnia due to the extreme caloric deficit, so woke up at 1AM last night and couldn’t get back to sleep. At 6AM, exhausted… I started to binge eat. After I ate until my stomach hurt, I finally fell asleep. Woke up around 1pm, pretty disgusted with myself. Just wanted to go back to bed and try again tomorrow. But I made myself get up, go to a boot camp class, hit the sauna for 45 min, and do an hour on the stairs. I listened to some podcasts/interviews about bodybuilders who suffer from binge eating during contest prep, and was relieved to hear I’m not alone! They say the main thing is to completely forget about it and get back on track immediately, which I’m pretty happy to say that I did! Tomorrow will be better ♥️
