Full transparency post. I DEFINITELY overdid it. Photo on the left was one week ago. I’m bloated, feeling sick, and my hands/feet hurt 🤣 Changed my flight to go home today instead of Monday because I just gotta get back on track sooner. PPV is on the 16th and I need to start back eating clean, doing cardio, lifting, and using the sauna to get rid of this bloat. Anything I have wanted to eat, I have had. I’ve likely averaged around 8,000 calories a day for the past week. I always would read about bodybuilders suffering from binge eating disorders after competition, and I can see why now! I’ll update in a couple of days and let you guys now how everything is going.
