I’ve been training in the gym for the past ten years now and taking these photos I was noticing that my body is looking really lean and muscular which I love. We are always so quick to criticise ourselves so I thought I would take this moment to say something really positive. I’m super proud of me for remaining consistent in the gym while also enjoying life and a cocktail on the weekend ♥️ seeing results physically is an undeniable way of letting everyone know you’re a hard working bitch and I love that haha xx
