The desert is a hostile place, with sun that will roast your skin and leave you dehydrated at a cellular level. But in my company is an oasis, like an agave plant, dripping with sweetness. 🌵🍯 I’ve always been fascinated by deserts. They are assumed to be waste lands, but if you look closely you will find brilliant pops of color, secret reservoirs of juiciness, and a large diversity of rare flora and fauna that are thriving against impossible odds. Even I found myself struggling to cope with the extreme heat of this landscape, *until* I discovered a shady little nook to take respite in. Getting naked was all I could do to stay cool.
