Added 2023-05-18 03:00:37 +0000 UTC***5/6 — BTS ( Behind The Scenes )*** Majority of what I edit in my photos, is: • lighting / colour correction • visual imbalances within the frame / wrong proportions due to camera angles • slight imperfections like skin discolourations ( for some reason this camera brings it out much more than what it looks like in person - I’ll have to play with the settings to see if I can fix it ) • adding watermark / logo — Editing video content is a different animal. It may be more forgiving than still images, but it’s certainly just as time consuming, making sure the visuals and audio are working fine, having to edit out certain frames, or blurring of accidental face reveals, crediting the musical artists for the sound and adding my watermark. All of this requires for me to watch the videos multiple times, making sure I didn’t miss anything and of course, the longer the video ( and the higher the quality ), the heavier the file, the more time consuming it becomes to watch, edit, export and upload! I also make copies of my content with and without watermarks, keeping non watermarked media in my storage, in case I decide to change my brand one day. So it takes extra time to save all of that 🤓
