So this is how I did mine and recommend. I You CAN go with just Trust Wallet. Go to your app store and download Trust Wallet. When it sets up, you'll be given a 12 word seed phrase that is unique only to you. This is important if you lose your phone, you lose the coins you have in the wallet and the only way to recover them is with that 12 word phrase so keep it written down in a safe place you'll never lose it. Once you are in Trust Wallet, it has an option for you to buy crypto direcly through the wallet. Along the bottom of the screen will be something called a DEX which is a decentralized exchange, it exists on the Binance smart chainand you can swap one crypto type for another. In the video I talk about using BinanceUS as the way to add money to your wallet, thats just an extra step that will also give you access to the Binance CENTRALIZED Exchange. What that means is the coins you keep on the exchange are not on your phone and if you lose your phone, you can still get back into your exchange where the coins are located. If your looking for a simplified interface, you can go with the crypto.com app. BinanceUS has the absolute lowest fees of just about any crypto app. Also if you go with trust wallet, I believe the only way to turn your coins back into dollars would be to send them from your Trust wallet to the BinanceUS exchange where you can have it wired back to your bank account. Robinhood also has a neat interface but your crypto selection is limited on there but its great for beginners.. 1. BinanceUS Centralized exchange 2. Trust Wallet for the true Decentralized experience, access to Defi, decentralized finance and Dapps. Drawback would be needing to send your coins to a centralized exchange to cash into dollars. 3.Crypto.com app is an easy layout but the fees are hidden. They kinda skim a little too much off the top when you sell but all in all a pretty easy experience. 4. Robinhood great for beginners. Free. and you can practice doing limit orders
