I have had a big knot type think on my sciatic nerve for years, but pregnancy and issues with my gall bladder prevented me from having it removed. They thought it was a cyst, but turns out it's something called "fat necrosis". Fancy term for dead fat basically. Yall know I have a HUGE booty so it won't affect anything, it's about the size of a golf ball but because it's on that nerve its VERY painful. Apparently this type of thing usually happens to girls who get like BBLs and stuff *my ass is all natural* but mine resulted from me getting a shot when I was sick a few years back, on my butt. I have a larger bum, so apparently they were supposed to inject in the MUSCLE but instead the needle maybe wasn't log enough or something? So they injected it into the fat, thus causing the fat right there to just die 💀 Sooooo yeah that's what's going on lol.
