

What happens when we breathe with intention? 🤍 Moments and life start to look - different I focus much of my work around teaching about the breath because it holds medicine for every way of connection back to our entire life Our breath can guide us into: -calm -pleasure -bliss / ecstasy -release -letting go / relaxation And more Whenever you start to feel a moment feeling out of control : ~ guide yourself back to the breath ~ Set an intention with your breath of - what am I guiding into myself right now? Speak it aloud. Then - as you inhale - feel this word or saying being guided in with you Feel the air filling your body and veins with that intention. Feel yourself soften with each inhale and belly expansion and exhale and letting go out. Notice how holding that intention - allows the breath to bring extra purpose within it How it can fuel you and be used in any time of need
