

5 things that helped shift my health and life π There is medicine all around us β¨ I have been studying health and wellness for over 12 years now which started in order to care for my own declining health as well as support healing within it all. Doctors were offering more medications and pretty much telling me βIβm sorry this will be your life.β I refused to believe that. 5 simple things that left me in shock when I learned them and saw the difference they created. They alone changed my health and life 1. Time out in the sun and outdoors is important everyday to help with our circadian rhythm and healthy sleep, gut balance / health / regulation, immune health and our hormone and emotional regulation. The sun alone helped shift my health. 2. Eating every few hours vs skipping meals or long hours without eating supports balanced bl00d sugar, lower inflammation in the brain and body as well as hormone regulation which all are connected back to our weight, emotions and how tired we feel throughout the day. Brain inflammation can be connected to our mood swings. 3. Moving the body - everyday. Finding those ways we enjoy moving vs what feels unenjoyable. Moving promotes emotional energy discharge, healthy lymph movement and movement of circulation which all are connected to immune health, heart health, liver health, vascular health and more 4. Lemon water holds layers of medicine. It helps alkalize the body which is directly connected to our immune health and healthy detoxing of our gut and organs. Itβs great for nausea and food digestion.
