Every ounce pain, confusion, too much, whatever it is - I process it though creating. Creating holds a special space in my heart. Each photo I capture of myself to share here, holds a deeper layer. A deeper intention to gift back. When I create - whether my fingertips brushing a canvas or coming in contact with an instrument - I am processing within each layer. We are all artists.
