What is / was your best food hack for abs?! 1. Daily or weekly fitness - then eat what I wantttt baby ๐ช 2. Meal prep & follow a macro specific plan for my weight/sex/& goals ๐ 3. Eat as fresh as possible, minimal processed foods or sugars or unnecessary saturated fats ๐ฅฌ 4. Intermittent fast ๐ค 5. 3 & 4 โ๏ธ 6. Theyโre genetic I donโt have to diet too hard (good for youuu) ๐ณ 7. Specific diet // something not mentioned ( for me itโs #5 & daily fitness! )
