I somehow hurt my upper back and it was causing me pain all the way down my right leg. So if I posed or something it caused me pain and discomfort .. I think I had slept wrong and that’s what happened .. today I feel a bit better less pain, so today I’m gonna take a few pics for you guys :) stay tuned
